Extra-Ordinary Congress Postponed

The Extra-Ordinary Congress that was set to take place on the 26th of May 2018 as a continuance of the recent Ordinary Congress did not success due to governance elements not complied with. Of these elements, primarily, the sending of the credentials and meeting of the quorum.

The meeting was therefore postponed to the 3rd of June 2018, same place, same time.

The following Executive Committee attendance:

Members identified the cause of the lack of governance compliance to the communication from the Executive Committee. The committee will ensure that communication is enhanced towards the postponed meeting.

Members have also been urged to submit the credentials in a signed letter, and not on the body of the email. Such a scanned letter may be sent through email, or slipped under the door of the office of the association. The email to send to is always info@plfa.org.za. No email must be sent to the email address of any one individual.
