All correspondence received by the association is managed and tracked for action and progress. This is made visible to those concerned through a Correspondence Control List. Only correspondence in a form of signed letters and memorandums is managed and tracked through this platform. Use the link to access this link.

Submit Player Registrations

Player Registration Forms can be submitted electronically through this service, or manually by submitting to the office. It is important to have the relevant parties to sign the forms, attach a certified copy of the identity document, and a certified copy of the clearance. Non-compliance will lead to rejection of the registration request.

Corrective Action Request Services

Raise Corrective Action Requests Electronically and view the status thereof through its lifecycle. Ensure that all the necessary documents, including the proof of payments, are attached as part of raising the corrective action request.
