Affiliation and Registration for 2018


Affiliation and Registration for 2018 is officially open.

1. Membership / Affiliation Fee

Membership Fee is a fee payable to the association in order for a club or association to become a member of the association. This fee is also popularly known as Affiliation Fee.

All clubs and association must pay R500.00 between the 1st and the 28th of February in order to be members of the association. This money is payable directly to the bank account of the association (see below for the bank account details). Once paid, a proof of payment together with the following documents must be submitted to the offices of the association:

- a copy of the organisation's legally valid Constitution and Regulations;

- a letter declaring that the organization:

* will always comply with the Constitution, Regulations, Rules, Directives and decisions of PLFA;

* will ensure that these are also respected by its own Members, Officials and Players;

* will comply with the Laws of the Game in force;

* recognises the judicial bodies of PLFA and SAFA Tshwane as specified in this Constitution;

* is located and registered in the jurisdiction of PLFA (Saulsville, Atteridgeville and Lotus);

* will play all official home matches in the territory of PLFA;

- a list of Officials, specifying those who are authorised signatories with the right to enter into legally binding agreements with third parties.

All of the above must be in the affiliating party's letterheads.

Remember, the Affiliation period is 1 January to 28 February.

2. Registration Fees

Registration Fees are the fees that allow teams of the Affiliate Members to participate in leagues (for local teams), and for teams that are in the higher leagues to have access to the local facilities.

Registration Fees too are payable immediately, but the closing date thereof is 30 March 2018.

The Registration fees are structured as per the above table.

Registration Fees are also payable directly for the association's bank account, using the name of the club as a reference number for ease of allocation.

In addition to all of the above fees, new clubs will also pay an additional R1,000.00 to the registration fee.

3. Prizes

The Prizes for 2018 are as follows:

These are payable on completion of the league for the Super League, and as part of Award Ceremony for all the other leagues.

4. Referees Fees

The Referees Fee are billed per match. These will be deliberated on and a resolution will be made on the actual fees and the method of payment during the Congress that is taking place in March.

5. Banking Details
